Art doll with Scottish Highland Bagpipe theme. This little doll is a tribute to female pipers in Scotland who used their music to support and inspire the early days of the women's suffragette movement. The art doll is made of tricot cloth cover over a wire armature. Face is sculpted of fimo clay and covered with cloth then painted with pigma pens. Her hair is mohair and needled and sewn into her cloth scalp. Piper Girl stands 25cm high. The miniature bagpipe is made with cloth and fimo clay. Chair accessory is made with cloth. The doll is poseable and comes with a metal doll stand for display. The doll stands 27cm tall. The art doll is a collectible item and not meant as a toy or to be used by children under 3 years or any creature who like to chew.
